He is survived by: his wife Waynita Hill of February; his daughters, Jodi Wynn (Steve) and Traci McCush (Fred); and his stepchildren, Mark (Amber) of Stoutland, MO and Terra Fiveash of Camdenton, MO. He is also survived by four grandchildren; five step-grandchildren.
