He was predeceased by: his parents, John Cosby and Edith Cosby (Gowen); his wife Betty; and his brother Robert Cosby. He is survived by: his children, Leona Bellingroehr (Glenn), Michael Cosby (Dawn), Matthew Cosby and Mark Cosby (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Alea Hearod (Rick), Rebecca Jennings, Zachary Cosby and Mindy Grant (Payne); his great grandchildren, Rickie, Robie, Randie, Llogan, Connie, Betty, Lincoln and Georgia; and his great great grandchildren, Hudson, Penelopi and Colter.
