With heavy hearts, we announce the death of George Young (Marshfield, Missouri), who passed away on February 5, 2024 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George W. Young and Maude Victoria Young (Carpenter); his stepfather George W. Deckard; his sister Marylou Young; and his son-in-law John Shelton.
He is survived by: his wife Vida Lee Young (Ellison); his children, Barbara Eagleson of Marshfield, Stacey (Mat Strouse), David (Dana Young), Nancy Shelton of Marshfield, Crystal Young of Niangua, Charlie Young of Marshfield and Kim Young of Springfield; and his brothers, Tony Deckard of Marshfield, Carl (Twania Deckard) and David Deckard of Ozark. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren; eighteen great grandchildren.
