He was predeceased by: his parents, Foster Nichols and Ocie Nichols (Ellis); his wife Helen Nichols; his former wife Virginia Nichols; his daughter Sheila Green; his grandson Eric Nichols; and his siblings, Charley Nichols, Undean Nichols and Hazel Young.
He is survived by: his sons, Wayne Nichols and Stanley "Buck" Nichols (Lynda). He is also survived by six grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and several other relatives.
Graveside services for Ellis Nichols will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday, August 18, 2023, in Marshfield Cemetery, under the direction of Fraker Funeral Home, Inc.
