He was predeceased by: his parents, Buford Gus and Ruby Louise Moore (Wheeler); and his siblings, Brenda Joyce Moore and Thomas Harlan Moore. He is survived by: his wife Nina Moore (Lonon); his children, Debbie Moore-Miller of Newport Beach, CA and David "Harley" Harlan Moore of Marshfield; his brothers, James Burford Moore (Sharon Kay) of Mesa, AZ and Dennis Daniel Moore (Margaret Heigel) of Branson; and his grandchildren, Dylan Kai Miller and A. J. Guitron-Moore.

“Dave was so kind and funny. What a life well lived. I can hear Lynn laugh when he comes through the gate. Everytime he saw Lynn He would just get out " a horse walks in..... and couldn't finish because Lynn would start laughing then Dave would let loose with his belly laugh. Logan sure loved you too! You came to the school to do a skit with him just because he asked, thus was the Poncho Villa story. Oh my friend you will be missed.”
