It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Darel Lee Oberbeck of Marshfield, Missouri, who passed away on February 7, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Henry and Nola Lee Oberbeck (Rice); his former wife Paula; and his sister Inez Webb. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth "Louise" Block; his children, Mike Oberbeck (Rosa) of Lebanon, Jeff Oberbeck (Betsey) of Strafford, Darel Jr. Oberbeck (Jimae) of Walnut Grove and Stacey Oberbeck (Kerri) of Springfield; his grandchildren, Dwayne Oberbeck, Josh Oberbeck, Layne Oberbeck (Amy), Emily Penland (Michael), Riley Oberbeck (Brooke Hunt), Cody Oberbeck, Ethan Oberbeck, Amelia Oberbeck, Lisa Thieman and Harlen Kinsey; his great grandchildren, Beckham Oberbeck, Lily, Loyal Oberbeck, Xavier Penland, Zack and Jake Thieman; and his siblings, Kathrine Koch (Jerry) of Elkland, Dean Oberbeck (Judy) of Seymour, Donald Oberbeck (Linda) of Marshfield and Delbert Oberbeck (Ruth) of Marshfield. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
