He was predeceased by: his parents, Vena Cook (Ivie) and Raymond Cook; his brothers-in-law, Paul Boyce and Robert Willis; and his brother Richard Cook (Leisa).
He is survived by: his friend Linda Shaddy; his wife Jana Boyce; his children, Danny W. Cook (Lynnette) and LeAnn Essary (Stephen Goings); his grandchildren, Gracie and Gunner Essary; his sister Mary Ann Jensen (Jeff); and his siblings-in-law, Wayne Boyce, Mary Willis Holden (Bob), Sue Wright (Lyle), Jane Bland (Galen) and Sherri Boyce. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Missouri Fox Trotters Horse Breed Association Youth Program.
