He was predeceased by: his parents, Eulia Marler (Whited) and Charles Marler; his son Charles Marler; his grandson Wayne Marler Jr.; and his sisters, Margaret Elser (Marler), Mildred Askew (Marler) and Jeanette Marler.
He is survived by: his siblings, Carol Elliott of Ironton, Patricia Tinsley (Joe) of Ironton and Ronald Marler (Marianne) of Ironton; and his children, Heather Morris of Marshfield, Wayne Marler (Brandy) of Slater, Preston Reed (Carla) of Marshfield and Mark Badinger of California. He is also survived by eleven great grandchildren, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Memorials may be made to the Arcadia Valley Elks Lodge.
