It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Carolyn Sue Comfort (Marshfield, Missouri), who passed away on November 10, 2021, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard L. Lamp and Olive F. Dalrymple Lamp; and her siblings, Steve, Rick Lamp, Chuck Lamp, Bill Lamp, June Ridgeway and Dana.
She is survived by: her husband Myron Comfort of Marshfield, MO; her children, William John McCormick IV of Clay Center, KS, Stewart Lee McCormick of Springfield, MO, Danielle Garcia of Burbank, CA, Cynthia Sexton of Kansas City, MO and Craig Comfort of Kansas City, MO; and her siblings, John Lamp Parkersburg, Dave, Doris Kiggans Dart and Inez Davis. She is also survived by five grandchildren; two great-granddaughters.
Graveside services will be at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, November 20, 2021 at Black Oak Cemetery, under the direction of Fraker Funeral Home, Inc. The family suggests memorial contributions may be made to Shady Grove Church and left in care of Fraker Funeral Home, Inc., P.O. Box 85, Marshfield, MO 65706.
