He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Atkison and Lois Atkison (Young); and his brother Gary Atkison. He is survived by: his wife Brenda; his children, Stacy (Kim Atkison), Doug (Rosie Atkison), Angela (Marrty Dormish) and Aaron (Amber Mayfield); his grandchildren, Alyssa, Shelby, Seth, Reese Atkison, Jamie Atkison, Skyler Collison, Jaiden Berry, Judah, Josiah, Christian, Ambreana Mayfield, Maegan, Ryan, Addie and Tony Dormish; his sister Jan Hartman of Manhattan, KS; his sister-in-law Donna Atkison of Springfield, MO; and his friends, Gary, Steve Presley and Mike Ahrens.
The family respectfully requests that you wear masks and practice social distancing while attending the visitation and the graveside service.
Memorial donations may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital or The Salvation Army and left in care of the funeral home.
