She was predeceased by: her parents, Mark Mathews and Pauline Mathews (Jenkins); her former husband James Hendrix; her husband Ronald Cook; her sisters, Sharlene Knapp and Pam Mathews; her siblings-in-law, Joyce Mathews and Dan Talbot; and her grandsons, Randall Rifenburg and Brian McFadin.
She is survived by: her children, Teresa Gregory, Conway, Sandie McFadin, Skeeter (Tammy Hendrix), Wade (Kim Hendrix), Regina (Chad Springer) and Travis Dampier; her stepsons, David (Angela Cook) and Darin (Terry Cook); and her siblings, Shirley Hendrix, John Mathews, Sharon Talbot, Donna (Dwayne Keith), Bennett Springs, Junior Mathews, Long Lane, Brenda (Jackie Turner), Doug Mathews and Dwight Mathews (Charlene). She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
