He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Robert Miller, Sr. and Emily Marie Miller (Fieg); and his siblings, Janet Tompkins and Rodger Miller. He is survived by: his daughters, Faith (Chris Flory), Hope (Kyle Rogers) and Charity (Chris Nelson); his sons-in-law, Chris and Kyle; his grandchildren, Attalie and Asa; his wife Shari Lynn Miller (Grisham); his grandsons, Oliver and Arthur; and his siblings, Samuel Miller, Jr., Linda Birth, Joyce Lantz, Jim Miller, Don Miller, John Miller and Daniel Miller. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorial donations may be made to Hillside Christian Church or to the family for funeral expenses.
