He was predeceased by: his parents, Wesley D. Hedrick and Jean Hartse Hedrick; and his brothers, Jack and Bob Hedrick. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Burton; his children, Cory Hedrick (Trisha Edwards) of Ottawa, KS and Brittany Hedrick; his granddaughter Charlotte Hedrick; and his brothers, Jerry Hedrick (Linda) and Bernie Hedrick of Marshall. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to Concord Christian Cemetery in care of Campbell-Lewis Funeral Home in Marshall.
