He is survived by: his spouse Alice Whipple; his children, Deena Hightower (Ed) of Marshall, William Daniel Gooch of Lakeview Heights, Debra Clapper of Norborne and Donna Ford (Randall) of Sweet Springs; his grandchildren, Angela Palmer (Terrelle), William Jason Gooch, Troy Hall (Angie), Brian Hall (Jessi), Stacey Waters (Chad), Jennifer Morrison (Jay) and Rebecca Stedem (Ryan); and his sister Elsie Payne of Shawnee Mission, KS. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
