He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Butcher and Lillie Grace Hackett; and his siblings, Harry Butcher and Deborah Garrison. He is survived by: his daughter Katie Butcher (Jason Miracle) of London, KY; and his siblings, David Butcher of Scott City, MO, Joe Butcher of Marshall and Dora Wright of Slater, MO. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
