He was predeceased by: his parents, Ollie Perkins and Alma Smith Kincheloe; his wife Donna J. McGinnis; his stepfather Eugene Kincheloe; and his brother Nolan Perkins.
He is survived by: his children, Donna Lyon (Terry) of Marshall, W. Daryl Perkins (Brenda) of Marshall, Debbie Cartee (Rickey) of Warsaw and Donald Jackson of Nashville, TN; his daughter-in-law Kim Jackson of Hardeman; his sister-in-law Flora Ann Perkins of Moberly; and his close friend Gladys Fenwick of Marshall. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great- grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
