Wanda Lee Marcum Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Wanda Lee Marcum of Marshall, Missouri, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 2, 2025 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Delbert H. Self and Vineda Korte Self; her husband Larry "Peanuts" Marcum; her daughters, Vonda Green and Rhonda Lee; and her sister Evelyn Laxson.
She is survived by: her granddaughters, Rachel Ann Lee of Novi, MI, Rebecca Kay Miner (Shane) of Columbia and Sarah Mae Lee of Columbia; her great grandchildren, Isaiah and Hannah Miner; her siblings, Leon Self (Mary) of Kaukana, WI, Jenny Grapes (Ken) of Marshall, Sylvia O'Bryan (Bob) of Marshall and Gene Self (Jackie) of Columbia, MO; and her son-in-law Brian Lee of Columbia. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Campbell-Lewis Chapel (226 S Odell Ave, Marshall, MO 65340). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 at the Ridge Park Cemetery (780 E Yerby St, Marshall, MO 65340).
Memorials are suggested to Ridge Park Cemetery or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
