It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wallace K. Skaggs of Marshall, Missouri, born in Ansted, West Virginia, who passed away on March 20, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmo Skaggs and Ida McCutcheon Skaggs; his former wife Mabel L. Froman; and his wife Mildred "Millie" Wilder-Skaggs. He is survived by: his children, Michael Skaggs of Cleveland, OH, Debbie Yeager (Daniel) of Dover, OH and Wesley Skaggs of Bolivar, OH; his granddaughter Tiffany Yeager; his great grandchild Sydney Zimmerman; and his sisters, Sharon Carroll of Ironton, OH and Gazel Holmes of Hayden, AL. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Fitzgibbon Home Health and Hospice in care of Campbell-Lewis Funeral Home.
