She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Roy Clough Sr. and Nadine Bramble Clough; her husband Charles M. O'Neal; and her brother Charles Roy "Tuffy" Clough Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Wayne O'Neal (Susan) of Marshall, Karen Ladd (Larry) of Mahomet, IL and Gary O'Neal (Kathy) of Farley, MO. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
