She was predeceased by: her parents, William Henry Kiser and Ella Mae Walker Kiser; her spouse Emery E. Balke; and her siblings, Ed, Clayton Kiser, Annie Smith, Faye LaValley, Irene Smith and Ella Mae Dority.
She is survived by: her sons, Dean Balke (Karen) of Lathrop and Jerry Balke (Judy) of Malta Bend; her grandchildren, Randy Balke (Becky), Rodney Balke (Julie), Naleen Fletcher (Sonny) and Kirby Balke (Shauna); and her stepgrandchildren, Allen Dager, Laura Columbia, Veronica Johnson (Brent) and Josiah Carrillo (Dayana). She is also survived by eight step-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to Pisgah Cemetery or Legendary Nursing and Rehab Activity Fund in care of Campbell-Lewis Funeral Home in Marshall.
