She was predeceased by: her parents, Maybelle Haley and Fred Weaver; her brothers, Albert "Bunny" Weaver, Wesley Weaver and Samuel Haley; and her grandson Christopher N. Napier.
She is survived by: her spouse Elzie L. Napier Jr. Elzie; her grandchildren, Chassidi Napier-Mitchell, Steven Jennings (Nick), Sheena Griffin, Erica Jones, Dani Jones and Troy Napier; and her sisters-in-law, Doris Weaver and Sandra McFadden Weaver. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
