He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward H. Rieth and Margaret M. O'Rourke Rieth; his siblings-in-law, Honora Rieth, Mary Beth Rieth, Shirley Muenks Zinn and Larry Muenks; his nephew Marc Rieth; and his niece Shelley Zinn Offield.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce A. Muenks; his children, Tenecia Wade (Brennan) of Marshall and Anthony "Tony" Rieth of Marshall; his granddaughters, Kayla Clause, Kelcie Clause, Maddix Clause and Mallory Rieth; his stepgranddaughters, Lily, Molly and Bethany Wade; and his siblings, William Rieth (Connie) of Marshall, Lawrence Rieth of Springfield, IL, John Rieth of Dearborn, MI, Paul Rieth (Eleanor) of Louisville, KY, Patricia Gladbach (Denis) of Jefferson City, Kathleen Rieth (Bob Spielberger) of Indio, CA and Mary Jo Rieth (Ron Lawson) of Marshall. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to St. Peter Catholic Church, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Saline Animal League in care of Campbell-Lewis Funeral Home in Marshall.
