He was predeceased by: his parents, Rollar Lee Phillips and Frances Irene Brown; his former wife Barbara Land; and his siblings, Doris Bauer and Kenny Sayers.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Hughes; his children, Laura Christine Resor (Robert) of Seattle, WA and Brian Randall Phillips (Melissa) of St. Charles, MO; his grandchildren, Joshua Resor (Katy), Brittany Resor, Breanna Kirkhart (Logan), Brandon Resor, Tyler, Carter and Gillian Phillips; his great grandchildren, Mason and Sophia Resor; his siblings, Kelly Whitney and Margaret Alfrey; and his stepchildren, Kevin Price of Blackwater, MO, Shelby Price (Kim) of Blackwater, B. J, Estes, Carman Hensley (James) of Marshall and Danielle Gibson (Aaron) of Marshall. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
