He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnnie Thomason Jr. and Lorene Mary Leimkuehler Thomason. He is survived by: his wife Teresa Humphreys; his sons, Derrick Thomason (Sarah) of Waverly and Daniel Thomason of Slater; his grandchildren, Cole, Claire, Dalton, Mia, Mylan Thomason, Beau and Adalee Johnson; his brother Charles Thomason of Gilliam; and his niece Bobbie Lee Thomason. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
