He is survived by: his children, Misty Fizer of Marshall and Eric Fizer of Blackwater; and his siblings, Glenda Bakert, Christine Ritchie, Dale Fizer, Wayne Fizer, Frank Fizer and Joe Fizer. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; one great-grandson.
