We are sad to announce that on December 18, 2024, at the age of 89, Raymond L. Hicks of Marshall, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Raymond may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Garrett Hicks and Velma Lee Mitchell Hicks; his wife Marilyn Hicks; his son-in-law Willie J. Campbell; and his siblings, Velma Jean Coleman and John Taylor "J. T." Hicks.
He is survived by: his daughter Lisa Campbell of Marshall; and his granddaughters, Siara Campbell (Dan Boyd) of Nashville, TN and Symone Campbell of Colorado Springs, CO..
A graveside service will be held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Sunset Gardens Cemetery (1801 S Odell Ave, Marshall, MO 65340).
