It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Ann Kimzey (Marshall, Missouri), who passed away on May 24, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Amos Perkins and Louise Perkins; her son Jack Willig; her stepmother Aileen Perkins; her stepsister Virginia Uselton; and her stepdaughter Julie Foose.
She is survived by: her children, Rick Willig of Odessa, Daniel Willig (Beverly) of Odessa, Doug Willig (Tonya) of Jefferson City and Brenda Kay Dumas (Tommy) of Odessa; her stepchildren, David Kimzey (Christine) of Blue Springs and Becky Brozovich of Blue Springs; and her brother Monroe Perkins (Beth) of Sweet Springs. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
