She was predeceased by: her parents, John Staton and Virginia Wallace Staton; her stepmother Mary Chafin Staton; her son William Samuel Wilson; and her brother John Staton.

She is survived by: her husband Randy G. Wilson; her sons, Anthony Wilson of Marshall, Shawn Wilson of Marshall and Ryan Johnson of Higginsville; her siblings, Carol Johnson of Higginsville and Phillip Staton of Houstonia; and her half-sister Debbie Smith of Hardy, KY. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and numerous friends.
