She was predeceased by: her parents, Tom Stufflebeam and Lena Schick Stufflebeam; her husband Joseph F. "Bud" Parker; her grandson Davey Butts; and her brother Bobby Stufflebeam.
She is survived by: her children, John Tobin (Katie Self), William Foster Jr., North, Randy J. Parker (Diane) of Marshall, Jody Friend (David Butts) and Ronnie E. Parker (Dawn) of Marshall; her sister Betty Stufflebeam of Marshall; and her sister-in-law Mary Sue Stufflebeam of Marshall. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
