He is survived by: his spouse Tracy Vasquez; his daughters, Madelynn Garrett (Blake) of Columbia and Lauren Kays (Keeper) of Marshall; his grandchildren, Hudson Garrett and Hagan Garrett; his sister Kathryn Wright (Kacky) of Marshall; and his aunt Betty Strausbourg of Marshall. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
