He was predeceased by: his parents, Shirley Ann Spreitzer Adcock and Leonard "Hank" Adcock; and his sister Janet Nance. He is survived by: his wife Judy Harlin; his children, Tyler Adcock of Marshall, Brittany Adcock of Marshall and Aaron Adcock of Marshall; his grandchildren, Riley of Marshall, Madison of Marshall and Charlye Adcock of Marshall; and his siblings, Cheryl Closterman of Lexington, Patty Heil of Marathon, WI, Christie Ehlers of Shickley, NE and Steven Adcock of Marshall. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 21st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Campbell-Lewis Funeral Home (226 S Odell Ave, Marshall, MO 65340). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 21st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, April 21st 2025 at the Ridge Park Cemetery (780 E Yerby St, Marshall, MO 65340).
