He is survived by: his spouse Judy Ashley; his daughter Roxanne Margaret Tocheck of Marshall; and his siblings, Leonard Tocheck of Cole Camp, MO, Valerie Santucci of Bollingbrook, IL and Jean Steinbacher of Downers Grove, IL. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
