He was predeceased by: his parents, John Wesley Moore and Hallie Van Crawford Moore; and his siblings, Betty Carver, JW Moore, Clyde Moore and Robert Moore.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Roy Walker; his children, Janice Moore Harlow (John) of Marshall, Linda Moore (Don Langan) of Marshall and Rodney Moore (Sandy) of Marshall; his grandchildren, Julie Harlow Gilpin (John) of Slater, John Harlow (Stephanie) of Moyock, NC and Kathy Moore Samson (Justin) of Marshall; his stepchildren, Doug Walker (Leigh) of Wichita, KS and Michelle Sellers (Jeff) of Columbia; and his stepgrandchildren, Brittany Hicks, Kindyl Elliott, Jacob Diehm, Shante Walker, Olivia Diehm Hussey, Levi Older, Peyton Older, Camrym Ottoway, Seth Walker and Tatum Walker. He is also survived by several step great-grandchildren and other family members.
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 17th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the First Baptist Church (8 N Odell Ave, Marshall, MO 65340). A funeral service was held on Thursday, October 17th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, October 17th 2024 at the Sunset Gardens Cemetery (1801 S Odell Ave, Marshall, MO 65340).
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Samaritans Purse in care of First Baptist Church in Marshall or the American Cancer Society.
