She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank H. Sullivan and Rose Yowell Sullivan; her husband Gary L. Self; her granddaughter Amber Kent; and her brother Boyd "Buddy" Sullivan.
She is survived by: her children, Jean R. Smith of Oak Grove and Garrett Lee Bucksath (Jen) of Liberty. She is also survived by six grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
