She was predeceased by: her parents, W. A. Dennis and Hazel Foree Dennis; her spouse Elwyn D. Long; and her siblings, Virginia Siebert, John Dennis, Jesse "Bud" Dennis and David Dennis.
She is survived by: her children, Dennis D. Long (Mary Kay) of Lee's Summit, Debbie L. Hollrah of Marshall and John R. Long (Elizabeth) of Lee's Summit; and her grandchildren, Jessica Long, Kellie Long, Katie Long, Justin Hollrah (Julia Cobb), Rachel Taylor (Nathan), Sarah Stoecklein (Keeley), Jennifer Long, Jeffrey Long, Nathan Long and Austin Long. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren; as well as several nieces, nephews and other extended family.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Saline Animal League or First United Methodist Church.
