She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert V. Forqueran and Essie Morris Forqueran; her former spouse Ace Guthrie; her husband Alvin L. "Bob" Knox; her son James L. Guthrie (Yvette); and her brothers, Richard, Thomas and Robert Forqueran.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Jacqui Meadows (Tony) of Portland, TN, Deanne Farmer (Jeff) of Hendersonville, TN, Mariana Reyes (Kaimi) of Seattle, WA and Michael James Guthrie of Seattle, WA; and her stepchildren, Curtis, Ronnie, Kenneth, Treva and LaVonda. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren; nine great-great grandchildren.
