Lee Bearden Jr. Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lee Bearden Jr. of Marshall, Missouri, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on July 14, 2021, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Bearden, Sr. and Mattie Tatum Bearden; his son Hal; and his sister Virginia Green To. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Brower; his children, Greg (JoAnne) of Loomis, CA, Ginger Wise (Bob) of Lee's Summit, MO and Pam Buerge (Nathan) of Riverton, KS; his grandchildren, Alyssa (Adam), Lee, Matthew, Jenna (Steven), Rosemary, Katherine, Liam and Evan; and his great grandchildren, Vita Kay, Leo and Lucy. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.

The family requests no flowers and that memorials be made to Friends of Jim in support of the Jim the Wonder Dog museum or Salt Fork YMCA where Lee enjoyed his daily bike rides and walks.
