She is survived by: her son Steve Smiley (Masae) of Yokosuka; her grandchildren, Cheri Smiley (Linh Quach), John Smiley (Terra Mouton) and Jennie Smiley; her great grandchildren, Emma Quach, Branden Quach and Jaden Quach; and also Japan.
