He is survived by: the mother of his children Angel Davis; his children, Brittany Davis (Kagin Simpson), Matt Warner (Danielle Hale) and Ashley Warner (Kevin Webb); his grandchildren, Elaina Davis, Riley Davis, Kinlee Simpson, Tony Thomas, Payton Webb and Kyndra Webb; his stepmother Debbie Shook; and his sisters, Vickie Warner and Aarica Nofzinger. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
