He is survived by: his parents, George R. Boyer (Ronda) and Nancy Alling Franklin (Johnny) of Marshall; his wife Kelly Cassell; his sons, Ashton and Lane; his siblings, Justin Boyer (Cathy) of Lebanon, TN, Adam Evans (Kayla) of Marshall, Hannah Meyer (Erich) and Holly Evans of Marshall; his grandfathers, Peter Alling of Marshall and Mervyn Fisher of Neosho; and his parents-in-law, Gene and Mary Cassell of Marshall Junction. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and numerous friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the family for Kevin and Kelly's children and education.
