He is survived by: his brother Earl Lewellen (Lyn) of Lexington; his nephew Matt Lewellen (Marcus Machado) of Parlon; his niece Julie Thompson (Jack) of Higginsville; his great-nieces, Audrey Buckallew and Kayla Limback; and also, Wade Garrett, Camden Limback and Levi Limback.
