He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Memmon Tolivar and Ada Belle Shaw Tolivar; and his siblings, Francis Lee Tolivar and Velma Bigler. He is survived by: his wife Carol Cahow; his daughters, Debora Brooks (Perry) of Marshall and Karen Fry (Glenn) of Marshall; his grandsons, Jeremy Fry (Courtney) and Brandon Gaddy (Kirstin); and his great grandchildren, Aryanna Gaddy and Eliza Fry. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
