He is survived by: his sons, Chad Phillips (Jessica) of Marshall and Jeff Walsh (Christi) of Columbia; his stepdaughter Stacey Hall of Sweet Springs; and his siblings, Tom Phillips of Marshall and Linda Cook (Terry) of Marshall. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
