He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul U. Musick and Elsie Lucille Masterson Musick; his wife Shirley Musick; and his siblings, Pauline Henderson and Keithel Musick.
He is survived by: his son Dan Musick (Cindi) of Marshall, MO.; his grandchildren, Laura and Brock Musick; and his sisters, Lila Jean Curnette and Maxine Good. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
