She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Carl Wilhite Sr. and Hattie Lula Epperson Wilhite; her former husband Lester Woodrow "Tince" Halsey; her husband Earl Fisher Bramble; her son Donald Woodrow Halsey; and her siblings, Velzora Bailey, R. C. Wilhite Jr. and Richard Odell Wilhite.
She is survived by: her children, Janice Wiseman (Butch) of Marshall, George Bramble of Marshall and Cathy Crawford (Charley) of Marshall; her grandchildren, Corrick Crawford (Jamie), Stacy Halsey, Cortney Jolliff-Mullins (Kerry) and Chandra Fisher (Elvis); her great grandchildren, Rocky Crawford, Morgan Jolliff, Dru Crawford and Charlie Rae Fisher; her stepgranddaughter Taylor; and her sister Brenda Carol Rowles of Raymore, MO. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
