He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd A. Parker and Magdalene Coates Parker; his son Michael Floyd Parker; his grandson Davey Butts; and his brother Bob Parker.
He is survived by: his wife Mildred Stufflebeam Foster; his children, John Tobin, Katie Tobin of Independence, MO and Randy J.; his friend Ronnie E. Parker (Dawn) of Sweet Springs, MO; and his sisters, Mary Smith of Marshall and Evelyn Lewis of Independence. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
