He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Cortez E. Waters and Martha Wykoff Perrin; his wife Brenda Jean "B. J." Arndt; his children, J. L. Waters (Sasha Sullivan) of Marshall, Stephanie Newman (Rob) of Slater and Johnna O'Bryan (Wayne) of Marshall; his grandchildren, Brock, Karla, Chasity, Charlie, Christopher, Allison, Amanda, Jaya and Atlas; and his siblings, Shirley Howard of Tampa Bay, FL, Debbra Dobbins of Slater, Roy Perrin of Springfield, Cortez "Corkey" Waters III of Missouri and Holly Speichert of Atlanta, GA. He was also cherished by several great-grandchildren.
At the time of Johnny's death services were not held due to the pandemic and an obituary was not published at that time.
