He was predeceased by: his daughter Bridget Anne Sullivan; and his sister Madonna Rose Klaes. He is survived by: his spouse Sandra Bellezza; his children, John R. Sullivan II (Angela) of Portland, OR, Monica Miller (Scott) of Wildwood, MO and Sarah Sullivan Stewart (Hillary) of Bangor, ME; his grandchildren, Ian Sullivan, Morgan Witzig (Adam), Paige Miller and Quinn Miller; and his sisters, Bettie Alloway of San Diego, CA and Mary Ann McCoy of Elyria, OH. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials to Fitzgibbon-Mary Montgomery Hospice or Marshall Food Pantry in care of Campbell-Lewis Funeral Home.
