He was predeceased by: his parents, Roscoe Scott and Janice Helm Scott; his daughter Stacy Scott; and his brother Craig Scott. He is survived by: his wife Waynelle Parsons; his children, J. Tara Scott of Charlottesville, VA, Ryan Scott (Carrie) of Memphis, TN and Lucas Scott (Becki) of Marshall; his grandchildren, Laila, Kaidence, Kylie, Avaree, Bryce and Tristan Scott; and his siblings, Jeff Scott (Steph) of Laramie, WY and Judy Scott of Laramie, WY. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
