He was predeceased by: his parents, Emery E. Balke and Thelma Kiser Balke. He is survived by: his wife Judy Pierson; his children, Naleen Fletcher (Sonny) of Marshall and Kirby Balke (Shauna) of Marshall; his grandsons, Kannon Fletcher, Keaton Fletcher (Destiny) and Damien Brown; his great grandchildren, Brooklyn, Ziiryn, Brynlee and Spencer; and his brother Dean Balke (Karen) of Lathrop. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
